Zoom classes:
There are definitely positives and negatives about taking part in an online yoga class. The positives include the fact that if you are new to yoga you can give it a try without the fear of being in a large yoga class where you might be inclined to feel a bit intimidated! The main negative to me is the fact that as a teacher I am unable to see you in the same way as I would in a face to face class which means it is very difficult to make corrections to postures, etc. Therefore it is very important when taking part in an online class that as a student, you listen to your body and stop if anything does not feel right - yoga postures should not be painful.

Classes are suitable for most abilities, although some previous experience may be beneficial; I endeavour to use clear instructions, giving modifications for those who need them. You need a mat, blanket and often a chair to use as props.

Classes are suitable for complete beginners and those who would like a very gentle stretch and relaxation class.
