It’s almost 6 months since I found June’s yoga classes at Yoginanna in Blean. 100% recommendation from me - a small group of us, really warm, welcoming and we all get the benefit of one to one with June during the class. Although I’ve dipped in and out of two or three yoga classes over the years I was still a beginner when I started and June’s classes have worked out perfectly for me. As well as teaching us the yoga poses (asana I think!) June explains what body parts are benefitting (very interesting) as we go along and I just love the pranayama (yoga breathing I think!) - and the benefits are noticeable keeping me focussed, happy, chillaxed and positive from week to week (well most of the time).

ps Easy parking too and June has all the equipment readily available for those who may not yet have a yoga mat!

As a complete beginner to Yoga I was nervous that I would not be able to perform some of the complex exercises I had seen from observing other teachers. June completely put me at my ease. She manages and tailors the class to take account of all students and their abilities. Gradually over the weeks I feel more confident about my yoga practice. June provides a lovely mixture of asanas with perfect relaxation at the end of each session. I feel energised for the rest of the day!

I have a few joint problems and find the classes are very enjoyable & relaxing , with easy loosening & stretching exercises which June carefully adapts for any difficulties I may have.
